As spiritual awakening progresses, one of the most important but least discussed shifts is the relationship between insight and capacity. There is often a period where perception expands faster than the internal system can fully stabilize. During this time, insight can feel meaningful, even accurate, but still difficult to hold in a grounded way.
Read MoreWhen a decision remains unresolved, your system does not fully settle. It repeatedly activates and partially deactivates around the same point. You move toward it, then pull back. You engage with it, then step away. The cycle continues.

Read MoreDeconstruction creates separation, but separation is not the same as clarity. It allows you to say, ‘I am no longer that,’ but it does not automatically answer deeper questions: What do I truly believe? What feels aligned with my soul? What patterns am I unconsciously carrying forward?
Read MoreSome placements in the birth chart don’t soothe or affirm, they disrupt. They make it hard to fit in, to stay small, or to believe what you were told to believe. These are not curses. They’re soul instructions, coded for transformation.

As someone who identifies as an empath, I often encounter first-time clients who don't fully grasp what an empath does. They tend to confuse empathy with compassion. Many people seek out empaths because they believe they won't be judged. Unfortunately, this belief sometimes leads to arrogance and emotional dumping, rather than a willingness to receive guidance and support from the empath.
The practice is not the hard part. The practice is easier when you have removed the conflict in your beliefs. The difficulty in the work correlates to your ego states being preferable. Spiritual obligations are only a burden for those in a state of resistance, and generally some degree of fear.

We seek constant validation and security from various external sources, and in doing so, we diminish our life force. We lose power in the area of our body that controls our mental stability, and effectively through our solar plexus out of balance. In doing so, we block our connection to groundedness, peace, and our spiritual nature.

The key to getting to the positive end of change and arriving at significant transformation is first accepting all of the things you are in the now. Sometimes the now is ugly. The now is most likely filled with lots of fear, and fear manifests in many ways.

In my experience, we seek the spiritual journey when we are in trouble and are only looking for answers rather than a means to tap into our spiritual nature. In essence, when we get the answer, we seek or get a sense of validation for our circumstances; we run back to our ego state of being and resist our connection.
