Sometimes we get caught up in believing the strength we have acquired by enduring issue after issue is what defines us. But it's not. The soul is not easily defined because it is ever-changing, constantly learning and growing with each lesson. So there could not be a single instance or a single circumstance to serve as a defining moment for your soul.

Spirituality for all types of emotional abusers is just another method of manipulation. It’s a way to “show and tell” and get people to believe they are better than their negative actions because they are seeking help or support.
But empaths, intuitive coaches, and highly sensitive people can only be helpful if they have healthy boundaries and a lot of positive light for themselves. Unfortunately, the clients and people that are the most difficult are those that suck all of the light out of the room, these are the energy vampires.
