I shudder to think about where I would be without the guidance. From my point of view, before receiving spiritual help, I was trying to beat this thing. The problem was that you can't beat what you don't know exists, what you've mistakenly defined, what you lack to appreciate the depth of fully. For example, I didn't realize that anxiety was my major problem, so if I had continued down the road I was on, I would have always missed the boat. And I most certainly didn't know that the depression was self-induced. It's still difficult for me to say that, but owning my contribution to a depression-like state of being does give hope that no matter how difficult it is to change, change is still possible. Here are a few of the many things that the coaching has given me are:
The invisible root causes and a structure for staying focused on what impacts my mental health. The vocabulary to describe the nuances of what I'm feeling allows a true mirror to understand how my emotional environment affects everything in my life in many ways. I didn't realize these things and would have never learned without proper awareness (it has been easy to think that I was hyper-aware of what was wrong. I was not.)
Declutter the Mind (the group session) has given small tangible actions to trust and lean into to help me throughout the day. Tonesha helped me understand that while some are difficult to overcome, some have relatively simple solutions like just setting a more powerful intention, prayer, and meditation. I am connecting mental health issues associated with my menstrual cycle to a past life issue and helping me make difficult decisions about who to keep in my life and who to let go of such that I can focus on healing.
The guidance is helping me prioritize reflection and a period of stillness such that the noise of my life could have a chance to stop long enough for me to try to listen. It is slowly revealing how I avoid my emotions at all costs. Throughout every moment of the day. And how that keeps me disconnected from my body and connects depression and anxiety as a spiritual issue affecting my soul, body, and mind... i.e., it's not just a mental thing.
Depression feeds off a lack of clarity and contributes to a lack of clarity. As long as you're unclear, you'll never beat it, and as long as it exists, you'll never be clear. The only true hope for real change is to receive and deeply connect with a more significant level of guidance that sees things from such a higher perspective both literally and energetically that you have an opportunity to be jolted into a new way of being.

Working with Tonesha has been a godsend. I first contacted her because I experienced a trauma in my life that I was having a hard time processing. The traumatic event had imprisoned me in fear and disconnected me from my source of power. I was looking for a way to heal, reconnect to my intuition, and deepen my spirituality.
