The Overwhelm of Empathy in Organizations

If organizational empathy resembled anything decent and acceptable, we wouldn't be fighting tooth and nail for some of our most necessities in the corporate space. Such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, paid maternity/paternity leave, and a slice of a reasonable work-life balance that allowed the human to be the priority.
