Bidding Farewell to Pisces: Reflecting on the Season's Mystical Journey

March arrived with the promise of renewal and the stirring energy of the zodiac's mutable waters, offering a tapestry of astrological influences to guide us through the ever-shifting tides of change. It is a time of heightened intensity as we experience movement and shifts within ourselves and our daily lives. Pisces season has been a time of powerful imagery, endings, and new beginnings. As we reset and look ahead, we must hold onto the principles and beliefs that keep us grounded during the transition while also being a conduit and simultaneously taking action in the world. Resetting this month has meant being open but acting on that vulnerability by surrendering to the messages and downloads you receive, which inform the change you desire.

We slid into March, opening the doorway to the conclusion of the astrological year,  and we must acknowledge this moment of transition between the seasons and consider what will ultimately be our next move in the world.

Many of us have been experiencing a strong desire for change, whether for a few months or years.  For many, as it is often with a Leap Year, nothing about how we started this year has made sense thus far.  As we approach the end of this astrological season, it corresponds with the ending of a significant aspect of our lives, particularly our identity.  This shift is especially true for creative people working in a cycle of force, bound to their groups of belonging or how they are known as a brand, or the specificity of their work rather than the expansion and contraction of authentic creativity for a long time.  The burnout of what once existed is becoming too unbearable to ignore.  This change now directs us internally and encourages us to get more personal and intentional with our actions.  That means that vibrational alignment, intentionality, and a shift in your habits are more paramount than focusing on the results.

However, many people struggle with change and view it as a failure.  This internalization of change as a failure suggests that everything you have been doing until now has been wrong.  This perception of change can be soul-crushing as it challenges the authenticity of your purpose, ideas, and dreams.  It forces you to question what is authentic in your life.

But I am here to remind you that the divine lives in change.  Without the language to define, the profundity of this soul-level truth is why many struggle to realize the depth of their spiritual journey without guidance.  Nonetheless, the resistance to integrating a new form prevents the blessing of feeling the presence of Source energy as a constant in your circumstances.

Our static forms are not sustainable.

Many people have been feeling a subtle but urgent call to change, and if you're one of them, know that I am, too.  Even if you have not noticed or are new here on this side of the Internet, I've been actively changing how I show up and the messages I want to share with the world.  I'm yearning to create communities where people can be emotionally honest and open to learning more about what alignment means for them on their soul journeys. During this interim period, it is crucial to take the time to reflect and reconsider what you value and care about. It is your soul's work to assess what has been working for you and what hasn't and to figure out how to cultivate alignment as you conclude this period of deep introspection.

Over the past few months, we have faced many challenges: work, creativity, and community identity. We have also experienced how the energy of our connections and communities can impact our internal world. The requirement to exist here feels massive. And, as we prepare for the upcoming eclipse season, it's essential to reflect on how we transition from endings to new beginnings. It's equally important to embrace the unknown and acknowledge how endings and beginnings overlap and intertwine.

One of the key takeaways of March 2024 is that rapid progress without establishing deeper connections can lead to resistance. The key to avoiding resistance is to be open to new information and experiences and take the time to reflect on what an ending or beginning means to you without relying on societal norms. It's worth acknowledging that an ending doesn't always have to be sad or filled with regret – it can be an opportunity for hope and renewal. Similarly, a beginning doesn't always have to be a direct replacement for what has ended and can take time to unfold. The transition process is complex and non-linear, so letting go of rigid expectations will be valuable.

March is a time for releasing old patterns and embracing new energy as we move into a new season.

As the Pisces season draws to a close, I want to remind you that you still have a few days to embrace your innate ability to dream and turn your seemingly unattainable goals into reality. You may be feeling introspective and energized by the Neptunian influence, which is great. However, if you are feeling disconnected and stressed by the world's chaos, it's an excellent time to start journaling or writing love poems.

As the  Pisces New Moon arrived,  it  served as a reminder that rest and release are key to our safety and well-being, rather than productivity. No matter how much we produce and how hard we push ourselves to sustain the systems of this world, it won't get rid of the discomfort we feel inside. Our attempts to manage time, enforce deadlines, and compare ourselves to others only create unrealistic expectations and restrict us from reaching the deepest layers of our soul. Instead of overproducing and over innovating to stay relevant in our work and circle, we should take a break from our constant need to be productive. This will give us the opportunity to breathe and reconnect with our true life force.  We now must ask ourselves how we will handle the situations that are falling apart around us.

How will we create space and time for the things that are slipping away from our identity?  How can you use this new moon energy to reestablish your version of dreaming?

Everyone has a unique style of dreaming. It may not always involve creating a vision board, journaling, or daydreaming. Dreaming in a way that is independent of the energies you have allowed into your life, or without being influenced by what you've been watching or the desires of your friends, is a practice. I would like to remind you that the force you have exerted on yourself in the past to crush your dreams and merely survive the day or work, or even to exist, is not necessary. The Pisces New Moon summoned us to reconsider whether the patterns we have created through force are more important than rest and pursuing our dreams. There is an opportunity for transformation available to you, as all water energy gives us access to rebirth. To achieve this next level of transformation, we must abandon practicality and look inward for what feels most intuitive.

Embrace what is failing and examine why it doesn't feel good or aligned. Give yourself permission to reset the rules about your fear, realign what it means to disconnect from the uncomfortable, and redefine what emotional safety could look like as the shift occurs and presents itself in your life both voluntarily and involuntarily.

Let us not hold on too tightly to what we know won't serve us, and instead embrace the transformative power of the Pisces New Moon.

There are some incredible breakthroughs ahead for those who can take control of their emotional landscape in March and become the guardian of their inner and outer child. This is the month to take a risk that most are afraid of the most, creating a launch pad for change in their lives. I encourage all of us contemplating the change of forms, and internalizing what we may be changing as failure, and the endings of what you must release despite all of your efforts to make it successful, to open up and allow this to happen.

This moment is for trusting yourself as you reach for your higher self.

You are not alone in feeling scared or out of control. Also, this is a part of the expansion and contraction that allows us to sit with our subconscious and reconnect with ourselves, our intuition, and what we long to create.  The most rebellious act that you can conjure right now may be surrendering to the possibilities. To commit to radical self-care, we must commit to change.

No matter how much it may seem like you are not doing enough or do not know how to find peace and calm amid uncertainty, understand that these feelings are necessary to inspire you to transform and prepare for the next opportunity.

.

Life has more plans for you than you can see right now.  The perfect mix of everything you need to ascend will reveal itself slowly, in parts you can digest and ease into.   You can prepare by allowing openness and freedom in your dream space.  I hope the love you find within yourself as you walk into this new astrological year overpowers the need for you to force what comes next.

May you be inspired to dream deeper than you have ever before, dream from this present moment with everything in you.

I’m rooting for you, Friend.
