The Healing Power of Group Coaching

Intuitive Coaching is often superior to traditional therapy in that the coach or guide's intuitive abilities become the cheat code to avoid rehashing the darkest moments of your life circumstances. Intuitive Coaching is considered a healing practice helpful in overcoming childhood trauma, connecting more deeply to your intuition, and building confidence and self-esteem. These days healing your wounds is at the forefront of most intimate conversations, and cultivating empathy is becoming so mainstream it has been adopted as a catchy organizational focus in the corporate setting.

What many people seeking coaching often shirk is the possibilities that exist within group coaching experiences, and there are a host of benefits that help you to realize the same goals in your desired timeframe with added benefits. Group intuitive coaching allows you to heal at a slower pace while learning to be more empathetic and increasing your self-confidence as you gain clarity in articulating your trauma points. Group coaching heals in a way that one-one coaching misses simply in the community it provides. Are you still avoid group coaching as a possibility for personal development?

Here are 4 benefits of group intuitive coaching experiences:

1. It hones critical communication skills.   We all tend to shy away from potentially awkward social situations, and this is all the more reason experiences like intuitive group coaching is exactly what you need. When folks hear the word "communication," they generally think of speaking, but communication can't truly occur unless listening is an aspect of it. Group intuitive coaching is an experience that helps those that struggle with listening learn to be present in other people's experiences, which can lead to greater empathy and universal awareness.

If you have never been able to accept constructive criticism, then one on one intuitive guidance isn't where you want to start learning how to listen. Peers in group coaching spaces can provide constructive feedback to each other. Feedback from peers is often relatable and can be more easily implemented. Receiving feedback from multiple people can highlight communication patterns that one might not be aware of, leading to targeted improvements.

Receiving intuitive guidance and understanding its application is more advanced than people believe it to be. Group coaching helps you to connect with how listening creates as much presence as speaking. Group coaching fosters active listening, a fundamental communication skill. Participants learn not only to express their thoughts clearly but also to listen attentively to others. This active listening promotes empathy, understanding, and the ability to respond thoughtfully, all crucial elements of effective communication. As you are present and learning about others that struggle with your same physical and emotional roadblocks, your anxiety about being vulnerable decreases, and you become more willing to give and receive in interpersonal connections, which creates an aptness to guided experiences.

2. Experiential learning becomes collaborative learning.  Intuitive coaching is an experience that is more difficult to predict than traditional life coaching because there is less of a plan for the session on the coach's end as they are speaking and shaping the session, relying on their intuitive abilities. What you anticipate as a takeaway with intuitive guidance is always more dynamic because the lessons are passed and created in real-time. Understanding what you learn through another's connection to Spirit can often only be realized by experiencing it. Though in a group intuitive coaching experience, many people can separate themselves from the icebergs of their trauma by being in direct contact with others who have experienced the same trauma. This collaborative learning takes the pressure off feeling conflicted about the healing process. It permits many people to carry a sense of determination when facing negative experiences that require emotional healing. This is important because many believe they are more spiritual and drawn to intuitively led, empathic spaces; however, spirituality resonates differently in each interaction. Group intuitive coaching helps you understand if you will find like-minded individuals in spiritual spaces. And if your definition of spirituality aligns with real-time spiritual guidance. The community created in collaborative experiences effectively holds many people more accountable to show up and support the friends they make along the way serves as an unintended motivator. But, by showing up, the messages and lessons that come forward continue to help inform their individual experience as much as the group members that feel obliged to support, and observing how others communicate helps solve communication challenges and offer valuable learning experiences.

3.   The investment in group coaching is significantly less than private coaching.  If I could save a tree for every time someone decided not to move forward with intuitive coaching after extreme interest relative to the cost, I would have an entire forest by now. When was the last time you invested in your personal development? That could be vague because you are probably confusing self-care with personal growth. No, I don't mean the last time you had your nails done, went way over budget at Target, or got that massage you have been trying to make time for since, like, six months ago. When have you truly invested in being a better you...mentally, spiritually, and physically? Many people can connect with the physical, but helping people to realize the benefit of a true mindset shift or emotional clarity has been a confounding experience. I always say healing is priceless. You cannot put a price tag on your investment with the goal of a mental state representing clarity and an open channel in your energy.

Investing in yourself creates opportunities, but the size of your investment determines the possibility you make. The more you know about yourself regarding emotional net worth, soul purpose, capacity, and abilities, the better armed you are to make clear decisions and interact with the world around you. What I find interesting is that instead of finding ways to access the healing, many prospective clients naturally default to a lower price when it comes. Private guidance is expensive no matter what area of your life you seek it, and the benefit reaped is also of significant value. Group coaching offers you the benefits and eases you into the process of receiving a higher level of guidance as a shared experience in which you get what you need and create awareness for others with similar experiences. As a bonus, you cultivate a community that often translates to lasting connections.

4. Connect with trauma as a universal condition.   When considering group coaching or private intuitive coaching, people often contemplate what problems they will face and how it will make them feel. A common fear is that our pain will be too overwhelming to face and still manage our daily responsibilities.    In group healing experiences, we learn that our experiences are more connected than we realize, especially regarding trauma. We know this intellectually, but the only way to experience it physically is to allow yourself space for vulnerability around new people. The group setting allows for more balance when facing your trauma, you won't always need to share, but you gain knowledge and can practice vulnerability at your comfort level and as you feel moved to do so. On the other hand, one-on-one coaching places you front and center, and when you clam up, it can become another roadblock to growth. In group intuitive coaching experiences, you realize how trauma plays a role in everyone's experience, and you lessen your attachment to negative thoughts about your traumas as you understand its significance in universal growth lessons.

Group intuitive coaching has many benefits. How you approach intuitive guidance is up to you, be intentional when seeking healing experiences to be sure the coaching program aligns with your personal development goals.
